Marco Zanuso

Milan 1916-Milan 2001. An architect, designer and urban planner. One of the forefathers of industrial design (new materials and technologies for everyday objects). Editor-in-chief of Domus and Casabella magazines, chairman of the Associazione per il Disegno Industriale. Lectured for 30 years at the Politecnico University of Milan (1961-1991). Worked with Richard Sapper for Brionvega and with Cini Boeri on interior design. Many awards (including seven Compassi d’Oro).
